The Portal is a private, invitation-only ordering system available exclusively to approved distributors of ABS Manufacturing Inc. Access is granted only after a formal application and approval process. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information submitted through the Portal.

We collect only the information necessary to process orders and manage your distributor account:

• Account information: name, email address, company name, and phone number provided during application and registration.
• Shipping and billing addresses entered when placing orders.
• Order history: products ordered, quantities, pricing, and order status.
• Payment information: we do not store credit card numbers, CVV codes, or full account details. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor. We retain only the last four digits of the card used and the card type as returned by Stripe for reference purposes.

We do not use tracking pixels, behavioral advertising, or third-party analytics.

We use the information collected solely to:

• Process and fulfill orders placed through the Portal.
• Communicate with you about your orders, account, or changes to this policy.
• Maintain accurate financial records and comply with applicable legal and tax obligations.

No other third-party data sharing occurs.

We retain your account and order information for as long as your distributor account is active and for a period of seven (7) years thereafter to satisfy tax and accounting obligations under applicable law. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us; records required for legal or tax compliance will be retained for the required period.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted transmission (TLS/HTTPS), access controls, and secure hosting. No internet transmission is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take your data protection seriously.
